Perfect Cell As a kid I hated Perfect Cell because he was the hardest character to draw, but you nailed it man.

I agree! Ive drawn him a couple times and every time I think I’m done he always has some outer plating or speckles that I forgot to draw in so I have to go back and add them. I would hate to have to animate him. No wonder hes monologuing and just standing still most of the time in the show lol, although I think that makes him more intimidating too
